Majorca
Until about 1990, I was a fairly frequent visitor to Majorca. In October 1986, I cycled round the island over 10 days with the Cyclists' Touring Club, stopping at, among other places, Puerto de Andraitx, Banalbufar, Puerto Soller, Puerto Pollensa, Cala Milor, Cala D'or and El Arenal. I returned to the island for an Open University Astronomy course, SXR208, in March 2007, staying at the Hotel Horizonte in Palma. I returned to the island for a holiday in September 2015 (6th - 13th), when I stayed at the BQ Augusta Hotel in Palma. |
